Our apartment is for 2-4 people. It is located in the 1st floor and is equipped with an electrical stove with ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, kitchen scale, crockery and cutlery, cookware, glasses, extendable table and 4 chairs, sofa bed, flat screen, modern bathroom including toilet and shower, hair dryer, entrance hall with shoe cabinet, bedroom with boxspring bed, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers, as well as a balcony with table and chairs and a wonderful view of the mountains and the Hohe Arche.
The entrance to the apartment is reached via the common house entrance.
Also available are a parking lot and a lockable shed for cycles, skis and snowboards. Motorcyclists can park their motorcycles in the carport.
You are living in a quite area which is still located in the center. Many popular destinations are nearby and this place offers many activities such as hiking, climbing, archery, swimming, mountain biking, cycling, rafting and paragliding.
A special highlight is the wonderful hiking possibilities in the national park Hohe Tauern where you can enjoy the nature. When the weather is bad a visit to Mittersill National Park Center is recommended. Indoor pool and thermal baths are nearby.

Our region is not only attractive for skiers and snowboarders.
During this season there are several activities which take place off-piste such as snowshoe hikes, observing wild animals, cross-country skiing, ski touring, winter hiking and tobogganing, ice skating, swimming and a visit to the Tauernspa in Kaprun.
Our region also offers a lot of attractions such as cross-country skiing, ballooning, carnival walks, mountain huts, torchlight hikes, sleigh rides, etc.
